We found the process a bit stressful as we were on a tight deadline towards settlement.
George went above and beyond expectation in assisting us and the lender to get us over the line and that resulted in an on-time settlement.
It was a huge relief and I never though getting a loan was this hard. Lucky we had a broker like George who liaise with the lender for us.

After having dealings with 4 other Advisers over a 30 year period this has been the worse experience and was unnecessarily prolonged with us having to do majority of the legwork in getting things moving on our refinance. We should have gone directly.
The settlement information provided at the end was incomplete and it was not apparent where $13,300 of my funds had been sent for over a week. Otherwise it was an extraordinary effort by George to make this all happen. The result was fantastic.
George was fantastic and got me a loan so I could get my house, it was hard to get a loan before I meet George and once he got involved he helped me get a loan and find a house, best service and care I have ever experienced love his work and definitely will recommend him to everyone :)

Nothing was too much trouble, I contacted George 7 days a week, anytime or anything I needed he delivered straight away. I work in customer service, George is worth whatever he gets and more.
The only addition I would recommend is access to more lenders

The service George provided was beyond our expectations. Available when needed. Very obliging and unlike a lot of loan specialists, he wasn't pushy and aggressive.
I think I have done this survey recently already but if not George Zagas is wonderful! very professional, always contactable and kept me in the loop through the entire process , I have now utilised him 3 times with different loans that is how much I value his services. This is my second time using a Mortgage Broker and George was there to help me even after first application was rejected so he tried different methods whatever it was so it worked and now Settlement is in place. Not in my dream I ever thought I would ever be able to get 2nd property but look at me now, thanks to George. And isn't it strange, things can be done without even had to meet up in person. We never met. We spoke on phone many times. We emailed back and fort hundred times until the day of Settlement. So , thank you George if I haven't mentioned it earlier.
Our advisor held us find the right loan for our needs in purchasing a house, they were always there for us to contact and if we were not sure on any information, they would have the answer. We would use Smartline again if we were to purchase another property as for the quality of customer service is of high standards, very friendly and approachable Representives. Thank you again
