Mortgage Broker 

Greg Wilkinson’s absolute belief in taking the time to do it right the first time – no matter what it is he is doing – coupled with 30 years of banking and broking experience means his clients have the benefit of working with a highly knowledgeable and committed mortgage broker.

“I take the responsibility of organising finance for most people’s greatest asset, their home, very seriously,” he says.  

“A home loan isn’t just something you take off the shelf which you can return the next day if you’re not happy with it. That’s why it’s critical to do it right the first time, whether it be the application submission, or discussions with my client or the bank. I provide continual updates on the progress of the application, even if there is very little to report.

“A good adviser won’t just set up the loan then never bother to contact you again. I’m here for the life of the loan and will do everything possible to get the right loan for the right price, from the start to the very last repayment.”

Receiving a large number of referrals and regular repeat business from satisfied clients, Greg assists clients from all backgrounds – full-time/part-time and casual employees, contractors, and self employed/company/trust applicants, no matter whether they be first homebuyers, those looking to refinance an existing property, release equity or purchase a new property, or those wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio.

Mandy has enjoyed an award-winning career in finance and lending for more than 20 years, and she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are well taken care of. The service she provides is more than advice on their loans; she offers helpful strategies on their overall financial standing.

“I believe it’s important to understand more than just the numbers in relation to my clients. To work with my clients, knowing what their priorities are gives me the basis of how best to help them. It gives me the greatest satisfaction to help get them to where they want to be,” she says.

Mandy has a strong commitment to her clients and continues to keep in touch with them after the loans settle. She believes in building relationships with her clients and being there for them in the future when their plans change.

“It’s all very good winning awards in the industry and being recognised for my service, however, the satisfaction of being an integral part of people’s lives and seeing their dreams come true is by far, the best feeling. Knowing I’ve helped them to do that motivates me to strive for excellence in this line of work.”

While Mandy’s line of work is mainly personal mortgage advice, she can also assist with other types of borrowing such as car finance, business loans and a variety of insurances.
