Greg came to our house when we were available. Walked us through the process, gave us how much we could borrow and our maximum buying capacity. Once approved and we were able to make our purchase and Greg again walked through the banks documents clarifying any questions we had. Greg Hart was very professional and easy to work with. He was great in chasing me up for paperwork so we could get things moving. He was very prompt in responding to my queries and following up with the bank I chose in relation to a few errors on the banks part. He has also keep me up to date on progress and followed up with my builder for signatures for progress payments documentation. Personally being a more hands on individual,
I like to be informed of all the possible outcomes when deciding on the go ahead,
it was most likely NAB's limited misinformation,
that lead to a partial approval, than headaches for the rest to be approved, with still a minor short fall,
that if we were made aware other options could of been pursued. Greater explanation of the possible outcomes & what the bank is thinking & doing before the final decision is made.
Really liked how he came to us after hours in our home, as it would have been extremely hard for us to have a meeting before 6pm. That was a great thing.
