Gourav has been simply AWESOME to deal with right from our first call and first meeting. He took the time to meet in person and to break-down the entire process from start to finish, which was great since we were buying our first home and it was exactly what we needed.
I cant thank him enough for making the entire process so seamless and I dare say, easy Buying your first home can be very daunting, but having Gourav on our side was a big advantage as he gave us the right options and helped us make an informed decision. He was always just a phone call or text away which made us feel at ease.

I had a great experience with gourav, he is extremely nice and have a great knowledge about his industry. I went to many place for loan, but from everywhere I was hearing the negative outcomes then someone recommended me and ask to contact gourav from where the whole scenario changes. As he was quite confident and knew what I was looking for. However, he made the loan happen in 10 days even when I am not a permanent resident in Australia which I was struggling from last 3 months. I got approval for a pre approval for a low amount from my previous broker which was difficult for me to get a house within that loan amount range.
But than i met Gauv , he succeeded helped me getting a reasonable high pre approval loan amount which I'm really grateful and that was a miracle indeed.
