Mortgage Broker / Business Owner

Gary is an award-winning and experienced mortgage broker with extensive finance industry expertise, strong product knowledge and a commitment to customer service.

“My number one focus is making sure the needs of all my clients are understood and met by taking the time to listen to them. Once the loan process is underway I communicate clearly and regularly to minimise any stress for the client,” he says. 

“I have a genuine interest in the finance and property goals my clients want to achieve and pride myself on getting the right result for them, whatever that might be.”

With his caring and respectful approach, Gary is able to assist all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, those looking to refinance an existing property or purchase a new property, and those wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio.

Gary offers a fully mobile service throughout Bunbury and the South West, already helping many customers in Bunbury, Eaton, Australind, Dalyellup and surrounds down south as far as Manjimup, Pemberton, Northcliffe and Augusta, and as far north as Perth, Shark Bay, Karratha and Port Hedland.

Client Care Manager / Business Owner

Tara joined the team in January 2021 to help husband Gary but is also a business owner.

Tara is from a finance background also working for many years locally at BankWest. 

She brings not only great banking experience but most importantly excellent customer service. 

Customer service is very important to Tara and she takes control of this with all clients.

Aside from being a business owner Tara is also active in the local community and plays netball for the South Bunbury Vets.

When not working or playing netball she is being the best mother she can to the three children Gary and her have.

Peter joins our Mortgage Choice team bringing 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

During this time Peter held senior manager positions across a number of the major lenders and brings with him an excellent understanding of consumer, small business Self Managed Super Fund lending principles.

Mark joins the team with over 30 years of finance and home lending experience with a strong focus on customer service.

After over 38 years working at Bankwest, I am excited to have joined Mortgage Choice, whereby I can offer a much larger range of home loan finance options from over 45 lenders. 

For anyone looking to purchase a home, or wanting to review their current home loan, I welcome both existing and new customers to have a chat.

I have lived in Bunbury for over 50 years and have a great understanding of the South West and an excellent network within the finance industry.

Administration Assistant

Kaylene joined the team in January 2025.

She comes from a banking background having previously worked at Bankwest for 8 years.

Kaylene's role is processing customer applications from start to finish so you will often hear from her when you are completing a home loan with Mortage Choice Bunbury, your local broker.

Outside of work Kaylene enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Administration  Assistant / Social Media Manger

Jada joined the team in December 2024 after finishing her schooling.

She is learning the administration  side of the business and helps with deal processing and customer care, as well as taking control of the social media paltforms.

Jada enjoy's spending time with her friends as well as playing netball on the weekends.
