My wife Carmel is our Office Manager and joined the Mortgage Choice Port Macquarie team in 2002 after previously being employed in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years.

Her role is to liaise with the lenders after the loan has been submitted to ensure that it is progressing within the set time frames so our clients get a speedy approval.  She will also liaise with your solicitor or conveyancer and the real estate agent to keep them up to date with the progress of your loan.

As a mobile mortgage broker with Mortgage Choice in Port Macquarie, my goal is to make the process of getting your loan easier. I visit you at whatever time or date suits you and evaluate the hundreds of loan products available via our wide panel of lenders.I am able to assist you with information, advice and home loan applications for:

During our first meeting, I show you our Company Charter which details that Mortgage Choice does not charge you for the service and how I'm paid by the lender once your loan is settled.

Mark commenced with Mortgage Choice Port Macquarie in February 2017 as our Loan Processing Manager.   Mark brings a vast knowledge of experience in Mortgage Broking & helping people through the maze of looking for a home loan, previously running his own business in Port Macquarie for a number of years, before taking time away to explore other opportunities.  

My role at Mortgage Choice sees me work with clients to monitor their loans from submission to settlement. Being a part of a client’s experience in buying their first home or an investment property is very rewarding. There is nothing like hearing the excitement on the end of the phone when you tell them their loan has been approved.
