Eli Hayes is committed to providing her clients with outstanding customer service in addition to the highest quality mortgage advice.

“From the outset, that means taking the time to get to know my clients and understand their long-term plans, and help them to bring those plans to fruition,” she says. 

“During the loan process, I ensure I provide accurate and efficient information that is presented regularly and in an easy to understand format that will best suit the needs of my clients.

“For most of us, owning a home and having a mortgage is a huge personal undertaking and my clients know that I am committed to providing not only the best suited product, but the best service.”

With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and considerable accounting experience, Eli is also able to assist her clients with their budgeting. Time spent as the manager of a large residential building company means she can also add value with her extensive knowledge of the building process.

Eli is able to assist all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, people refinancing an existing property or purchasing a new property, and people wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio.

Based in Albany, where she grew up and returned to in 1998 after living in Perth for a few years, Eli offers a fully mobile service throughout the Great Southern district.

No two clients are alike and as such Beck firmly believes that each client’s experience should be individually tailored to them and what they are seeking to achieve, whether this be first home ownership, refinancing, debt consolidation or growing their property portfolio.
