Dee is very trustworthy, quick and very efficient in every possible way. With her help I was able to buy my unit last year and I have truely admired her work. I would recommend her without any hesitation.
After struggling to get a large enough loan through another broker for a couple of weeks we contacted Dee and with very little fuss and within a very short time frame she came up with 2 lenders and 2 final approvals for a sufficient amount.

Helpful both times while getting loan pre-approval for home First time wasn't able to find a place to buy. Second time about 1 year later, found the right house. Dee was able to help find us the best loan possible for our circumstances. She is knowledgeable, helpful and easily contactable, always ready to answer questions and provide the reassurance we needed during the process.

From the initial getting RPData valuation, which I found very helpful I was looking for the right property, through to advising the best solution to fit my needs, helping with the bank application and securing the finance. Derlin explored quite a few options for me, unfortunately there weren't many banks that would finance this type of investment. But Dee found the 1 bank that would!
