Couldn't be happier with Dennis's service, Dennis has assisted me with multiple property purchases and has just been awesome through the whole process.
We have used Dennis multiple times over the last 23 years , he has always been super efficient at getting us finance quickly, he recently got us a great home loan at a rate comparable with the online banks , even though we are in our mid late 50s , we cant recommend Dennis highly enough

In brief consulting a particular service provider to somewhat resurrect my current financial status can be both daunting and a little embarrising. Not any more.Dennis covered a multitude of angles to assist me.Therefor when the time is right I will engage his services again.

Kim and I had a difficult circumstance to get through and thought it would be almost impossible for us to get a loan of any sort to buy a house with. Dennis was always available to us and explained the entire process to us clearly and made us feel confident that we would achieve a positive result. He helped us set up a savings plan and stick to it. We reached our target with funds and were able to get a CBA investment loan for our home purchase. We are so very happy with this result and would highly recommend this service to any one uncertain about how to get started with finance for any purchase. FROM FIRST PHONE CALL I HAD WITH GENERAL QUESTIONS I FOUND DENNIS FRIENDLY AND HAPPY TO OUTLINE THE PROCESSES ETC ON OFFER. AT THAT STAGE WE WERE JUST LOOKING INTO IT BUT THINGS CHANGED PRETTY MUCH OVER NIGHT AND ANY CONCERNS ETC THAT I HAD WERE SORTED WHEN I CONTACTED DENNIS FOR HIS SERVICES. I FOUND DEALING WITH DENNIS A FARE BETTER OPTION THAN DIRECTLY WITH MY BANK (WHO IN THE END WE STAYED WITH). WOULD RECOMMEND SERVICE FOR SURE WITH A HASSLE FREE OUTCOME, THNAKS YOU !

As I was buying my first home I had lots of questions and didn\'t really know where to start. Dennis and his staff were a great help, they kept me informed at each step of the loan process and helped me get a great loan for my needs I would highly recommend them.

I was very suprised on how easy it was with the Mortgage gallery. Dennis was sometimes hard to get as most business people are while working during the day. He was very good at returning calls fast and within 24hrs sometimes even in 30minutes to an hour with the information to answer the questions i had asked. I would strongly recommend himself and The Morgage Gallary to anyone looking for information about loans.

When I initially phoned the Mortgage Gallery I expected to have to wait a week or so for an appointment to be available, Dennis was available within the hour and two days later our application was submitted with the bank. Excellent service from Dennis and the Geraldton office.
There were many ups and downs with our process caused by incorrect valuations etc but Dennis Smallwood and Dean Calver worked hard through these issues to gain a positive result for Reece and I.

Could have gotten better rate from a non-panel lender. The loan I ended up with I had found myself prior to talking to Smartline. Value for me was having someone facilitate the process.
