My partner and I were first home buyers and the process seemed quite overwhelming until we saw Deb. We had seen a broker previously and felt confused and disappointed with the borrowing capacity advised. We were then referred to Deb by a family member. She explained everything so clearly, answered all of our many questions, and advised our borrowing capacity was indeed much higher than we were originally told.
Deb then facilitated the loan application process with a great outcome. We had some timing issues with the First Home Owner Grant and settlement as our vendors wanted a quick settlement, but Deb and our conveyancer (recommended by Deb, she was also great) pushed and got it all sorted for settlement 3 days before Christmas.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Deb to any family or friends looking for a broker, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
