Danielle was kind, patient and caring. She was understanding with us when most would be frustrated. Coupled with her patience was high level of intelligence and knowledge of the sector showing an amazing ability to plan the best strategys for mortgage application. Danielle was a supportive and knowledgeable broker. She communicated very well and was upfront with all the requirements, reducing the back and forth getting documents. There was an issue with the documents and processing issue by the bank, Danielle was able to communicate this effectively and minimise the impact to the pending settlement. Working with the parties involved the turnaround was really quick and settlement was able to effected on the agreed timelines. Great experience all round.
