I’ve spent over 25 years in real estate banking and investment management and have a reputation for providing borrowers with solutions for complex debt requirements and negotiating effectively with the banks.
In my most recent corporate role I was responsible for borrowing and managing a $2.3 billion portfolio of loans for core and alternate real estate sectors in office, retail and industrial as well as hotels, healthcare, affordable/build-to-rent housing, forestry and construction finance. I am experienced through economic cycles including being actively involved in debt restructuring during both COVID and the GFC.
