I met Daniel through a sharing love of cycling and we became friends before I knew him professionally. Knowing he was a broker I consulted Daniel prior to purchasing another property. Previously, I had always dealt directly with the bank but in this case Daniel was able to get me a much better deal than I was able to negotiate, even on previous loans. That was several years ago and since then Daniel has kept me up to date on market and economic trends, proactively approaching banks on my behalf to ensure I have the best deal. Just this week he was able to get me a reduced interest rate on my existing loan. I will use Daniel in the future and have no hesitation recommending his services to any of my friends.
Daniel was a pleasure to deal with from the start. He clearly stepped us through the refinancing of our old loan in addition to finding us a very competitive rate for a new loan. Was never sure about seeing a mortgage broker at first. After being convinced to call Daniel and make an appointment, within the first 30 seconds after a handshake, I knew it was the best decision I made. Not only have I been recommending him to all my friends and family, but I will most definitely be using him myself in the not too distant future. His knowledge was 2nd to none and the whole time his best interest was myself. Had I known how easy Daniel and his work team made this process (of buying my first home), I wish I had done it years ago.
