I have been contacting Peter King from Moonee Ponds for more than 4 years with the hope of needing his assistance to finance the purchase of our family home and he has continually promptly replied and provided sound advice to my lengthy email queries regarding my financial situation. Recently, I contacted Peter with the impossible task - I finally found our new family home and urgently required finance with the tightest of time-frames to meet an almost impossible settlement date. The service provided by Peter was unequivocally exceptional - throughout the entire home loan process he was methodical in ensuring all aspects of my application were completed and supporting material provided and he even pre-empted information the lender might further request (which they did) thereby mitigating any unnecessary delays. At the time it was an impossible deadline to meet, but Peter's continual monitoring, checking and following up of not only the lender but also with me (to further compound the matter, I was working in Shepparton - a good 2 hours drive from Moonee Ponds) to ensure that he was equipped with all the information the lender may need. Within days of settlement, our finance was approved, our new lender was in direct contact, further instructions from Peter requiring my attention and by the end of the week we were celebrating the purchase of our new family home - finally! But the biggest surprise was within minutes of the property settlement process completing and receiving notification from my new lender, Peter was also contacting me to pass on his best wishes. Honestly without Peter's help I would still be on the market today looking for a family home to purchase and words alone cannot express my appreciation for all the work Peter has managed behind the scenes to make our dreams come true. We were refinancing for a lot of money to purchase a home prior to our existing one selling. We never thought we'd be able to do it, so when Peter did the sums we were amazed it was within our budget. Thank goodness he did because we were able to bid on a home that was exactly what we wanted at a price that was under current value. He even helped with property values during our search, and made the process a lot less stressful for us.
We ended up getting 4 loans through Peter and although the process was quite a long one with plenty of paperwork, he made it as easy on us as he possibly could. We were kept up to date and informed regularly and nothing was a problem for him.

they went through all types of loans that companies offer. On thing that they did not talk abount was insurance for the loans against sickness/ death which we are now doing ourselves. Apart from that all very helpfull.
