Todd Kahane has been my mortgage broker for many years; when I needed assistance on this occasion to refinance my loan in 2021, after a short discussion with me, he knew immediately which product would be best in my current circumstances and proceeded promptly and professionally with the necessary paperwork and within a very short timeframe, everything was approved. His service is excellent and his communication not only extremely prompt but and also concise and clear.
I was referred to Todd from a friend and i felt like he looked after me as if i was part of the family, regular contact, meeting me at my workplace for convenience, it was a very good experience and i would look to todd again should i need a broker in the future.

Todd is honest, transparent, down to earth and knows his stuff. He works well with the bank and client and I have used him for years with all of my purchases and gets me the best deals with the lowest interest rates. I have had Todd as my broker for over 10 years now and he is exceptional. It is rare these days to find someone as devoted as Todd is, to customer service and following through on their word. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they all agree. He's an excellent broker.
Todd has always been very professional and efficient just like how i remember him to be when he first helped me with my loan in 2007. I have referred friends to him already who all say the same. He is very proactive and knows the needs of clients well and does all he can to help get them the right loan. I would happily continue to refer friends to him.
Most importantly, Shan was always easy to communicate too. Nothing is ever too much, and no question is ever too hard - she really took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. We now have 3 mortgages through Shan, and will have another one in the new year. Her advice, guidance, recommendations and help have been paramount in setting us for the future!
