In September, we decided to start looking for a house, and by early November, we signed the contract and received formal approval. Cherry and Chen have been incredibly helpful to us throughout this journey. They promptly answered our questions and provided detailed explanations even outside of business hours, and their thorough planning and arrangements made a huge difference.
Our case was quite complex, as our budget was limited, and its well known that finding a suitable home within a small budget is challenging in todays market. Thanks to Cherrys careful planning and arrangements, we were able to secure the ideal loan amount. We tend to act quickly, so we signed the contract the day after pre-approval, yet the formal loan approval came through within five business days, all thanks to Cherrys meticulous communication and preparation with the bank in advance.
I dont know how else to recommend them highly enough. Chen was equally supportive, helping us analyze every property we viewed. Chen offered sincere advice and insights, never brushing us off, which helped us, as inexperienced first home buyers, to understand the market and property landscape better.
