- 1. Meet one of our mortgage brokers:We'll have a 10-minute phone chat to understand your financial needs and lifestyle goals.
- 2. Gather information: We'll require you to complete a Fact Find and provide basic income documents. Based on this information, we’ll search through hundreds of home loans from 35+ lenders to find the one that's right for you. We'll also calculate your borrowing power, estimate repayments and answer any questions that you may have.
- 3. Government grants & First Home Guarantee Scheme: We’ll check if you are eligible for any government incentives to save you money and avoid paying stamp duty or LMI (mortgage insurance) and help you with all the paperwork.
- 4. Prepare the application: Once we've helped you choose the loan that's right for you, we'll prepare your loan application and guide you through the process.
- 5. Track your application: We’ll keep you up to date on the process of your application every step of the way,
- 6. Congratulations, your loan is unconditionally approved! This is a formal acknowledgement that the lender has approved your loan application.
- 7. Sign off time! Once your loan is approved, your loan documents will be issued for signing
- 8. Loan settlement: For loans related to a property purchase, your solicitor or conveyancer will coordinate settlement directly with the lender, based on the contract’s settlement date.
