Did a lot of leg work for us, took calls on weekends etc. Wasn't aware of VIC stamp duty exemption for first home buyers, but once informed quickly worked to bring our homeloan down and remove LMI for us. Champion and worked hard for us.

Caleb was fantastic from the first time we spoke and walked me through the entire process, from how to apply for a house loan to the finalisation of the loan. Being my first house, I had no idea what I was doing, and it was a relief to know that I had someone knowledgeable and experienced on my side. I really appreciated Caleb's persistence in following up with the bank when paperwork was somehow delayed in the system and his calm manner when I was feeling quite stressed. I think one of the best things about Caleb is that before I applied for a loan we looked at my finances , and then I decided how much I felt comfortable in borrowing. I remember him saying, just because you can borrow that much doesn't mean you should, which I think is a great reflection of his careful and responsible approach. We were recommended Caleb about 8 years ago and met him to discuss our options for buying a house. Our circumstances have changed a lot since then and he was able to get us a loan to buy our first dream home even though my wife and I are both self employed and the house was interstate. With his help we were able to buy at auction with a cash offer and Caleb was available after hours to check details allowing us to be successful. We are so grateful for his help and during the past year he has probably answered about 50 phone calls with our hundreds of questions. I initially contacted Chris at Mortgage Choice met with him to discuss my needs. After my loan requirements progressed, Chris was on holiday when I needed to move forward so Caleb took over. Before meeting him I was slightly annoyed at having to go through everything again with someone else but I needn't have been as Caleb had gone through all of my requirements made the process very easy. Caleb has been extremely helpful, communicative professional throughout the process I would highly recommend him.
