I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service Brendan provided for me, with my recent property purchase. I had doubts due to my age, that I would be able to get back into the property market. Brendan informed me that was not the case. The best thing was that all I had to do was provide the normal information required for obtaining finance and Brendan did the rest. His communication from the beginning to the end was top level. He took the pain and worry out of what can be a stressful time. Would not hesitate to use Brendan's services again.
Brendan makes life easy when we have to refinance. We have used him several times now and its great to know he has our backs during times that can be confusing and overwhelming.

Used the services of Mortgage Choice - Brendan Mole. He's the man, had a 30 day settlement over the December shutdown period. Brendan worked through our requirements and ensured that everything ran smoothly, given the fact that he was on annual leave. Always available, going the extra mile. I never write reviews but his outstanding service definitely deserves mention. Highly recommended and will be our broker of choice forever. Great job.

Weve always done our own research into loan options, but Brendan provided such a great service, highlighting long term risks and considerations we hadnt even thought to ask about.
Brendan was professional, down to earth and after years in the business, knows the facts inside out. Its also nice knowing we were supporting a small business owner, a family guy with kids from our local area. He was professional, gave clear unbiased advice on several options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Our was a complex refinance and settlement and he pre-empted potential concerns and made sure we had the paperwork to mitigate any hick-ups before they became holdups.
He was organised, responded immediately to any emails or questions, and he had our loan approved within the week with a better rate than advertised, and with a bank that wasnt in our radar at all. His expert advice has obviously taken him years to learn but cost us nothing but time.
We have no hesitation highly recommending him to anyone for mortgage advice. He made the whole process too easy and made dealing with banks a breeze.

It took a long time to get the mortgage refinance over the line, but this was due to an error that happened years ago. We have now refinanced through Smartline and happy with new product.
