Not only did Gary Liebregts take all the stress from this process but he was the best throughout. Keeping me updated and answering my many questions, he has helped me take a step forward in life that I never thought I could have ever taken myself. I cannot believe this is happening and I cannot wait to be in my own home. Having smartline meant I could focus more on other areas of my prebuild and I dont even want to imagine what it could have been like without the assist. Being a young guy and this being my first mortgage Theo went out of his way to ensure I was kept up to date on the process and explain anything I didn\'t understand. He kept me informed and I will be recommending him anyone I know that needs a loan.

Phil did a great job and displayed outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. I have been dealing with the mortgage gallery for about 20 years now. They have a good knowledge of all the products available and what works best for myself. They have also helped my friends and family members that I have recommended to see them when they have not been able to get loans via their banks.
Theo always made time to see us when we needed to, he returned phone calls and emails promptly. Theo also took the time to explain things to us we didn't understand. Great service. We will definitely be seeing Theo again in the future :)
