Trish Louiza and Leann did an amazing job with our new home loan. We have used Trish before and had to track her down at Mortgage Choice when my daughter was looking for a home loan. I would like to comment on the services of Trish Arnold from Mortgage Choice Parkside who has yet again gone above and beyond in her customer service. I have just had a particularly traumatic experience purchasing a home that I have found to be less than structurally stable. Unfortunately I was not able to get out of the contract. During this significant legal event Trish Arnold provided the utmost service and support anyone could ask for. The issues with the property had nothing to do with Mortgage Choice or broker services provided by them yet Trish still held my hand through a very harrowing time, which is not in the typical PD of a mortgage broker. Prior to finding out about the issues Trish provided expert objective broker advice and got me the best deal possible knowing rates were about to rise. She is so down to earth and personable, really puts you at ease as you are about to sign your life away. This is the 2nd time I have used Trish to find me a mortgage so yes I am a repeat customer. Do not hesitate to get Trish to help you - she is the real deal. Highly recommend.
