I was recommended by a colleague to Ashley who is the 3rd broker I have used. This was by far the most stress free experience I have had whilst refinancing applying for a home loan. Communication was prompt and succinct and the apps used to upload the required documentation were so easy to use. I barely had to do anything as most was already taken care of in a timely manner. Ashley was extremely professional, efficient and prompt. His work was very thorough, and he went over and above to ensure everything was in order and working smoothly. He is also extremely pleasant to deal with. We have recommended him to family members already.
Being first home owners, we had no idea what we were doing! Every person we spoke to made it sound as though we were about to climb Everest. We had people tell us we would be running around like headless chickens, having to take time off work etc etc. When we called Ash on the Monday to get a pre-approval organised, he said no problem oh and by the way Ash, we need it for THIS WEEKEND! Ash came to our work place so that we could fill in the paperwork, which by the way was less than the stuff we had to fill in to get our car Lease, he wasn?t even fussed when we called him on his days off. Three days before settlement we were informed by CBA that extra documentation was required for the transaction to take place. This added stress was overcome when Ash went above and beyond by visiting us at 8pm that night and assisting us through that final stage. This extra effort really came at the right time and we can?t thank him enough for making our fantastic dream home a reality. There is absolutely no way we could have gotten this done in 30 days without Ash. We would definitely not hesitate in recommending Ash to our friends and family so that their dreams can become a reality too.
