I can't recommend Ash highly enough He guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and deep expertise - particularly patience seeing as I needed a lot of hand holding. Would give 6 stars if I could. Ash was a massive help during my house purchase. Always has the time to give me detailed answers to complicated questions, never tries to rush you or get you out the door, and importantly, always delivers as promised and on time. I research a load before I met Ash but he was still able to offer wise advice which saved me a lot of cash.
When you're purchasing a house, you have a million things to worry about and to chase up. You do not need to chase Ash for anything, he takes care of business leaving you to focus on everything else.

Ash went above and beyond helping us buy our first home. It was a long journey to get there... approximately 18mths and involving a change in jobs more than once and at the 11th hour when our pre-approval was going to expire. Ash did an outstanding job in helping us and getting a reasonable loan with terms and conditions that met our needs. Highly recommend.

When my settlement day came the bank revealed they made a huge error, entirely their fault. Ash immediately went into damage control and we had the matter resolved within days.
Some call it a miracle, I call it Ash just doing what he does best.
I cannot recommend him enough but I will be and have been to everyone I know.

Why aren't there more stars... Could not recommend Ash more highly. From our initial discussion through to settlement Ash was always responsive, knowledgeable and had our best interest at heart. He asked questions to understand our needs and then delivered what we wanted.
He communicated extremely well through the entire process via email, phone and text (whatever suited us) and always told us what to expect next and recapped what had been recommended and agreed.
