Worked with Hasi recently to support me through my first home loan process and what a fantastic experience it was. With so many options and things to consider, he took the time to listen to my scenario, shared his expertise and the next steps were stress free. Everything was completed in a timely manner and Hasi was able to work around my schedule to keep me informed throughout the whole process. We sought Arif's service to refinance our home loan in November last year. His service was amazing Arif offered flexible appointment times, either online or face to face including after hours and on the weekend. His communication was fantastic, he made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and were looking for then found great deals and packages for us. Throughout the process he made sure he shared all the details we needed missing none of the important information and prompted our thinking by asking key questions. He does all the work for you and answers all your questions without making you feel stupid. He will find the right mortgage tailored to your needs and makes sure you are totally happy with all his recommendations. He doesn't push you to accept one of his offers and best of all he doesn't charge you for his great service and expertise. Hasi is fantastic I cant recommend him high enough.
