With 32 years’ experience in lending, an extensive knowledge of lending products, lending structure and bank requirements – from retail through to institutional lending – Andrew McDonald is ideally placed to find the right loan solutions for every client, no matter what their lending needs.
Andrew always puts his clients first. He has a genuine interest in helping people achieve the best finance outcomes for their particular situation, from getting the right loan in the short term to maximising their personal wealth over the long term.
After working for many years in customer relationship management, he understands the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.
“It’s about putting yourself in your client’s shoes,” Andrew says. “I provide the service that I would like to receive as a borrower. That is, carefully listening to my clients’ needs and financial objectives so I can understand where they are at in their life and where they want to get to. Then, I can give them appropriate, quality advice on the lending solutions that are appropriate for their circumstances.”
Andrew is very responsive and will keep clients up to date at all times, getting back to them usually within the day.

Andrew is fully mobile and primarily services the areas of North Parramatta, Hills District and Hornsby area in Sydney’s north.
