We have used Amy for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. She always makes the process so easy. Her communication is brilliant, we know what was happening every step of the way and she was always easy to contact. We just had the pleasure of working with Kate too, and she was just as wonderful.
Kate was sensational to deal with right from the start, she was so helpful and patient while we asked her to run numerous borrowing scenarios to ensure we made the right choices for our family. Kates level of communication and was fantastic and she regularly provided us updates through the process. Having Kate by our side with the amount of knowledge she has about the entire buyingobtaining a home loansettling process made a normally stressful time, very very stress free

Amy was efficient with the information and choices she presented to us. Her guidance was invaluable. Only improvement I would recommend is that a text or phone call be made when documents are emailed out. Not everyone lives on their email!
